Chapter Fourteen COLTON I’ve never felt so nervous about a woman coming over. Not that I’ve cooked for many, but I guess there’s a first time for everything. After I fed the horses this morning, I stuck around and cleaned the stalls, then drove to town and bought the groceries for dinner tonight. By the time I made it home, my eyes were so tired I could barely keep them open, but somehow, I found the strength to take a shower before I crawled in bed for a quick nap. Eventually, my alarm wakes me up, but I feel as though I could sleep until tomorrow. Then I remember my plans for the night, so I get up.
