"What did Earl told you?" Brett asked when he started driving. I looked at him and there's no way I would tell him about what Earl told me earlier. And it just made me remember about last night making me blush slightly.
"Nothing." I said and I looked straight into his eyes when he glanced at me. I know Brett knew that I won't look in the eyes when I lie.
"Nothing?" He repeated and I nodded.
"Nothing. It was just a joke." I said and he Brett nodded.
We were silent and I turned the radio on and Martin Jensen's Solo Dance was playing and I move my shoulders into the beat of the song. And I just heard Brett chuckled making me chuckle also and moved my arms with the song and lip-synced.
