Outpost Two was created at first because of the oasis, travelers using it as a destination for its beauty in the middle of the barren desert. Also for its lifesaving properties of water and shade from the two suns and endless desert. That the outpost grew in place around it was to my advantage that Natalie had transported here, for the oasis was the perfect place to take her to be alone. My tent, while private, had the same thin walls as all the others and no sounds could be muffled. Natalie had screamed when she came all over the probe and I knew everyone could hear. That couldn’t be helped since the medical testing had to be done. It was the only time I would allow others to hear her pleasure.
