ALEXANDER POV
I let out a chuckle as I saw her running out of the cabin. She is so cute and innocent. I enjoy the shocked look of her face.
Few minutes back
When she entered inside the cabin she was shocked to see me which means that she remembered something about that night but I maintained the neutral serious face because I don't want to show her that I know her.
She was staring at me with her big doe shaped blue colour eyes without blinking her lashes. To take her out of the shocked phase I asked her to stop gawking at me and take a sheet. She cleared her throat to excuse the awkwardness and got seated in front of me.
"Your name"? I asked her. Even I know her name but I want to listen from her mouth and her sweet voice.
"Emma Miller sir," She said
I closed her CV and stared at her beautiful face. She was looking so cute yet sexy in her professional outfit. She was not looking comfortable under my graze and kept on looking here and there.
Damn, I need to get a grip!!!
"You are hired," I said to her.
She was so shocked after hearing my words
A cute frown formed on her face.
I got up from my chair and move towards her sitting form. I levelled my face with her which was just mere inches away from her face.
She is a natural beauty!!!
She was so shocked to notice me.
I cleared my throat to gain her attention. She came out of her thoughts and jerked the chair back to get up.
Oh! My innocent baby!!
She started moving back until she was stopped by the wall. I closed the gap between us.
I asked her not to be late and be here at sharp nine.
She pushed me back. I wasn't ready for this sudden attack. I stumbled back and she ran away not before mumbling a thanks.
This girl!!
I asked my secretary to send the other candidates back as I found a perfect girl for the post.
*evil smirk*
"Mr Knight they are here waiting for you in the conference hall," Mr Jones said.
"Tell them that I am coming "

EMMA POV
Next day
I switched off my alarm and quickly get ready for the first day of my job.
Too nervous and so excited!!
After the shower, I get into a professional outfit pairing it with the heels.
I quickly called a cab and reached to my destination.
Jesus Christ help me!!
"Excuse me. I am Emma and was appointed as the personal assistant of the CEO and today is the first day of my job. Will please tell me where I need to go?" I asked the receptionist politely.
"I don't know what happened to Mr Knight's taste" she muttered enough loud to make me hear her words looking at me from head to toe with the boring look on her face.
"Sorry Will you please speak a little bit loud so I can hear you, "I said this purposely to ignore her unwanted words.
"Good Morning Mr Knight," She said suddenly getting up from her chair with a flirtatious smile on her face.
"Morning" an uninteresting familiar deep voice of a male come from the behind.
I turned around to have a look at the man.
Damm my BOSS!!!
"Good morning Mr Knight" I quickly wished him with a professional smile on my face.
"Morning Miss Miller " he looked at me for a second then returned sir my greeting with an arrogant tone.
Arrogant much!!! *eyes rolled inwardly*
"Mr Knight She was saying that---
"Miss Miller follow me. We don't have enough time to waste here" he cut that bitchy receptionist off in the middle.
I wanted to laugh out at her. She was looking like a kitten but looking at me with her anger-filled eyes. If looks can kill then I will be dead right now.
I quickly followed him to the elevator with is golden in colour looks like a private elevator.
He pressed the 38th-floor button and stand straight beside me by putting his hands in the pockets.
Handsome Arrogant Man!!
I quickly snapped out of my thoughts and looked down. I don't want him to catch me gawking at him again.
Within a minute we step out of the elevator. The floor was empty only a few cabins were seen so far.
Soon we stopped in front of a cabin which has a plate with CEO written on it which is golden in colour.
"Will you come inside or gonna waste your time in staring at the surroundings". He said.
How rude!!! God, please give me the power not to snap at him!!
I inwardly rolled my eyes and quickly get inside the cabin.
"Now go to the cafeteria and get me a cup of coffee without sugar " he ordered me without looking at me.
"And yes make it fast. I hate laziness and yaa the cafeteria is on the fifth floor. Now move fast " he added.
"Yes Sir" I quickly muttered and left the cabin.
I hate laziness..... my ass!!
I don't know how I am going to work here.
Let's hope for the best!!
