"Park here," I instructed my driver as we pulled up to the location Viper had texted me. The door swung open, and I stepped out, removing the sunglasses that shielded my eyes from the eerie surroundings. The place was desolate, devoid of any signs of life.
"Wait for me here," I directed my driver, and with purpose, I ventured deeper into the ominous direction. I halted as I spotted Viper approaching.
I stood my ground, waiting for him. "Welcome, ma'am," his voice resonated, his presence now beside me.
"Where is she?" I asked, my expression stern, my eyes scanning the desolation.
"This way, ma'am," he replied, leading the way. I followed closely, the minutes passing in silence until we emerged on the other side, a looming, abandoned warehouse looming before us.
