I have no idea where I got the courage from, but after what happened and how turned on I was with just us making out, I knew I had to go for it. What sealed the deal was Verlene telling me she has the kids and insisted I not come home and spend the night with Alex. I do feel a little guilty, but the kids are asleep anyway and I do deserve some time alone and who better to spend it with than him.
