There’s a soft knock at the door before Seth enters it. “You alright?”
“I don’t know,” I sigh. I barely slept. “The bond feels different now. It’s…I…”
“I get it,” he says, taking a seat on the small bed as I continue to stare at the ceiling from where I’ve been lying on the floor all night. “I smelled Molly on something. I know what it feels like to know who your mate is from their scent but not be with them.”
“But you decided not to be near her,” I point out. “I’d do anything to get to her.”
He nods. “I know. It’s not exactly the same, but I DO know how that pull feels. I know how hard it is to calm.”
I sigh. “So you finally agreed to Molly’s plan for the kingdom?”
