I wake under a starry sky, my head lying in the grass. I gasp, realizing where I am. “Ada!”
I’m immediately up and looking all around. There, in the distance, I see Ada. She’s looking up at the stars, wearing a flowing white dress. She looks like an absolute angel.
“If you reject me, I’ll accept it,” she says. “I… I didn’t want you to know, but your wolf…”
I furrow my brow. “I told you, I’m not going to reject you. You’re mine.”
