When She Met Vampire and His Action Confused Her

"I can't imagine that happen in this city"

My mother exclaim when we're having dinner together in the living room, eating pizza since she tired enough to not making any food to eat so we decided to just order pizza before we talked.

My mother shock when she saw the news about the gang attack near the Zee Bar and leave three victims who lost their heads from a gunshot.

Yeah, I guess "He" made that story about the gang things.

I don't know how he can easily manipulate the human mind but knowing that he is "Lucifer", I guess that was an easy task for him.

After I crying and having a bad dream for almost 3 days remembering the image of their hear blow like that, finally I calmed at the right time when my mother arrived back.

So, after her panicky term, she finally calming down because she was glad that I never going to that kind of place.

Sighed, I just nodded my head.

If only she knew...

But not only that happened this week.

Last Monday, when I approaching Nathan for just told him how happy I am last Saturday, I found out that he, along with his friend, who now start teasing me because they thought I having a crush with him, didn't remember anything about me going together to the Zee Bar.

He looks shocked when he saw me and start talking about it then acted as a full jerk before called me Freak, which is not his usual attitude.

But, I guess that was another power of Lucifer.

He can easily change people's mind just like that.

But, I am glad because I guess the nice and sweet Nathan going to be a danger for me, especially for my heart.

But, made Nathan forgetting me was good enough than killing him, I thought when remembering Lucifer's words about killing humans whom I had in my mind last time we meet.

So, this is "His" way to make sure I am alone and no male around me.

"So, how's school?" My mother voices snap me back from my mind and I quickly swallow the food on my mouth.

"You're always a good girl and I'm proud of you" She smiles before tap my shoulder and yawned "God, I'm tired"

"You can go and sleep. I take care of everything" I told her.

"Seriously?" I nodded when she smiles wider before get up from her seat and heading to her room but stop on the door to say "thanks, honey"

After she left, I take the empty pizza box before throwing it in the trash can outside the kitchen when a step sound alarms me and quickly turn around to found a pale huge man staring at me from the rear fence.

He just stood there staring intensely on me, weird.

"Who are you?" I demand and feel my heart beat faster when I see his strange eyes.

He smiles and quickly held his hand.

"I'm sorry for disturbing you, young girl" His bass voices speak at the same time I notice three other men appeared beside him with their eyes lock on me.

Who are they?

"What are you doing here?"

"Well.. we're looking for someone, someone important," The same man said while keep eyeing me with every move I made while the other just stood beside him like some kind of bodyguard.

"This is Mckingsley house, who are you looking for?" I start walking back to the kitchen door when I said it and they seem to notice my move because they look worried for a second.

He gave me another smile.

"May I know your name?" He asked.

I quickly take a good decision for not telling this weird man my true name.

"It's Charlene" I lied but I can see they already know the truth.

I quickly decided to run back inside my house when they follow me, running very fast to where I am but with a good start and shorter distance to my kitchen, I smoothly reach the kitchen and lock the door immediately.

Oh God, who are they?

Gasped, I take one step back from the door when they start hitting it repeatedly.

"You are Luna, Lucifer's bride" I heard the same voice come from outside the door and made me gasped when I hear him.

I shook my head even though I know they can't see me.

"NO, I am not anyone's bride. You're wrong!" I shout panicky when they start hitting the door again.

"The mark on your neck said everything, human. Let us in NOW"

I touch my neck where Lucifer bite me before but I always see from the mirror and never saw anything, not even a bite mark.

He laughs after I said that and I screaming when the door suddenly broke into pieces.

But, they didn't come inside.

Blinked, then I realize the reason why they can't come to my house.

They need to be invited to just walk into a house.

And with the information, I suddenly know who they are.

"You're all vampire" I gasped.

They all laughed and I can see the fang and how they change their handsome face into something that I should have just watched on the TV.

Gasped, I turn my head and found Lucifer sitting in the dining table with a glass of wine in his hand.

Or is it a wine?

He chuckled before took a glance at my eyes before look back to the vampire.

"Wha... Lucifer? How do you..." I don't know what to say seeing him inside my house as he owns it.

He shut me with his eyes and made me gulped before down my head.

How he looks dark and dangerous made me scare for a second and lose my bravery.

"So, what makes you all here?" I hear he start the conversation to the vampire who looking at him with pure hatred.

"We just want to see your 'Bride'"

Gasped, I closed my mouth with my hand quickly when hear another bride come out from his mouth.

Lucifer quickly put the glass down on the table before a walk to my direction that made me aware of how intense he looking at me while he's walking and before I can run, he wraps his hand on my waist and bends down to put his face in my neck.

Gasped, I feel my body weakened the moment he said those word and he carry me bridal style when I start losing my breath which made me put my head on his sculpted chest.
