Nyra woke up with a splitting headache at the back of her head and a voice calling her, this time it wasn't just her name that was being called but a plead to wake up. "Nyra. Wake up." "Wake up. Save yourself." "Wake up Nyra!" The voice called again and again. When Nyra heard it, the first thought she had was that even though she was suffering from a blow to the head, the voice was still persistently calling out. It was diligent in its job, for sure. The next thing she did was ignore it. It was telling her to wake up, she was up now and did not need a reminder from the voice. Even though her eyes were open, the blur before them did not subside.
