I ended up giving in to his demand to buy me things by letting him compromise on something himself. He wanted to spoil me by paying for whatever my heart desired, too bad his money couldn’t buy me my mother back or unlimited time in his arms. He had also wanted me to take one of his security staff with me, seeing as I do have a threat against my safety. But he wanted to send Thomas with me, and although I have nothing against Thomas, I mean how could I? I’d never met him before...
