Edward replaced his fork and knife as he finished chewing the last bite of steak. Dinner had been excellent. He was delighted that they’d all agreed to eat here instead of someplace else. Then again, they were all familiar with the quality of the food at this restaurant, having eaten here several times before. He sipped his wine while waiting for his lovers to finish their dinner. “Everyone done?” he asked when they were wiping their lips with their napkins. “Definitely. I can’t swallow another bite of steak.
