The hours came and passed quickly. The sun was now resting while the moon was starting to rise passed the tops of the trees. Soon, we set off on the rest of our journey. This time, the wolves trusted me, so I could walk, but Zeke and Penelope were again rendered unconscious. Kai wanted to carry Penelope but instead gave her limp body to a mated wolf.
