The café was half full, but the loud laughter inside would make any passerby think it was over crowded. Twix stood laughing behind the counter, holding his stomach as tears rolled down his cheeks, as he listened to Jett and his friends tell stories about their life back in Pennsylvania.
Twix hadn’t known where Jett was all this time because Jett was afraid that his brother would try to pressure the information out of Twix.
He didn’t even have Jett’s phone number. Jett would call him every Sunday night, and they
would catch up on the week and watch The Walking Dead together via phone. But Jett had one rule, when he asked Twix about his week, he had to talk about his life and even others around Crystal if the story was funny enough, but he wasn’t allowed to talk about Finn, Zev
