The school hadn’t had a football match in about a week and being the quarterback of the football team, it was up to me to ensure that I led my team to victory. Although it was not an Inter-School game, it was still important because it was the team who won that was going to the regional competition.
The school football team had a lot of players, and not everyone could be taken for a regional or national competition, and that was why our Coach, as he always did, had divided us into two groups. We were to battle against each other, and whichever team won had the members that would participate in the Regional competition.
