"Thanks for the meal, Arissa." Aziel smiled at my mom when he was about to go home. We just ate dinner. My mother didn't let him go after we confessed about our relationship. She insisted that he should eat with us. It was the most peaceful and comfortable meal I had with them together. Mom seemed more like her usual self in front of Aziel. It was like she finally burned all the doubts and uncertainties she had towards him. It felt great to see that she really did try her best to understand me, Aziel, and our relationship.  "No problem." Mom shook her head with a reassuring smile. "You're with Chandra.
