I still couldn't wrap my head around the unusual reaction from my mother during lunch. As soon as she got the list done, she immediately sent us to an errand to the grocery. He didn't seem bothered by the reaction my mother showed even if it somehow concerned his father. He looked laid back and excited to run an errand with me.
