EPISODE ONE the sun began to go down on Sunday evening and nelson was lying down on the hand made wooden bed his father bought few years ago.while he was meditating on the subject he got 50% in school and also wondering why his mother is restless moving from one end of the room to another arranging her clothes into a new bag she bought two days ago. Nelson parents are very rich and influential in the community and in the society.both parents belong to the elite and political class in the society Nelson father hold the position of a permanent secretary to the state government while the mother is a member of the federal house of representatives in the country.w in the nutshell Nelson was born with a silver spoon and he lacks nothing and in terms of money and social amendment. never the less Nelson hardly see his parents, not even to have parental discussion with either both of his parents because they are always busy travelling often and always has n meeting with political colleagues at home and office . when Nelson heard that his mother is making another trip to Abuja for a meeting because he over heard her giving instructions to the maid immediately Nelson pretended to be sick inorder to stop his mother from travelling . the next day when the mother was informed by the house maid of the condition of Nelson she quickly dialed the number of the family doctor . and she asked the doctor to come and diagnose her son and apply the necessary treatment episode 2 nelson was not comfortable when he heard that the doctor was coming moreover he was not sick and he is not sick but he framed it.what if the doctor got to know that he is not sick and tells his mother.what will be his mother reaction and it might lead to his mother distrusting him this was nelson Was wondering in his mind before he saw the doctor car about entering the compound in a view to get actual facts of Nelson sudden sickness, his mother immediately said to the doctor in a welcome note that Nelson need an injection because he is sick knowing fully well that Nelson doesn't like been injected.nelson exclaimed i am not sick . his mother burst into a laugh and said ,i knew he was not sick but wants my attention since i was arranging my load he has been showing me some type of attitude later his mother make a deal with him if he wants to travel along with her next . his mother had a deal with him that if he wants to travel along with her that he should come first in his coming examination he quickly replied to you would travel before the examination result is published.she your father will him to her over there episodes three the examination commenced a week after nelson mother has travel back to Abuja. after writing the examination in his class.first in his class.he was about to enter a secondary school. nelson father had already obtained a common entrance form for nelson to enter into a boarding school he then asked nelson to write the common entrance examination before going to meet his mother at Abuja . but his father further celebrated him nelson and bought a android phone for him and took him to many different place like the zoo, swimming pool, and cinema nelson feel top of the world by the treatment his father gave him episode four few days after all the nice treatment that Nelson father gave him, they started arranging their luggages to travel to meet Nelson mother who has gone to London for a national assignment the next day, the driver took them to the airport and they boarded a flight to London with Lufthansa airliner going to London but they will have a stop over in Germany for two hours before the final destination to London. on getting to London, Nelson mother was already waiting for them at the terminal end of heat throw airport.having received them with a warmth welcome with a hug and kiss, then they immediately drove to the apartment she was living.on arriving to the apartment they drank tea and coffee with chocolate and chips because it was cold and they were hungry after a long flight to London. the food served in the flight cannot quench their hunger until they had a nice dinner at the apartment they were lodging.later nelson went to the room and slept off and his father and mother continue to discuss till midnight before both of them dosed off in the living room. the next day, his mother took him to the super market to get all the necessary things he needed, this made Nelson to be excited and was very happy with both of his parents . EPISODE FIVE After spending two days with his family, Nelson father flew back to Nigeria because of the special assignment he has with the governor of the state. but before he left, he told he told Nelson mother how their son make them happy and top of the world by coming first in the recent concluded examination and he also passed his common entrance examination as well. Nelson mother was highly elated and she took Nelson to different places of entertainment after his father has gone back to Nigeria. One of the places she took Nelson to is the amusement park and museum.she also took him to different super market and KFC across the state . After successful round trip and visitation to important and historical places in London, Both of them got back to the house looking tired but Nelson was very happy and hurriedly went to the bathroom and took his shower and headed to his room to take a look on the various items his mother bought for him and he starts to put on the new clothes his mother bought for him in appreciation for taking the first in the concluded examination before coming to meet his mother in London. EPISODE SIX very early on the following morning, Nelson woke up from the bed by seven A.M and went straight to his mother room and knocked and he went in after his mother approval to let him in. he then greeted his mother in a traditional African way by prostrating and later hogged her and thanked her intensely for the gifts and the outing the previous day . nelson hurriedly did this because he knew that his mother will attend an important meeting by 9AM that very day and later she will go to the Nigeria high commission in London to make all the necessary arrangements about returning back to Nigeria to resume her duty at Abuja. By the end of the day she finally got home although she was stressed up but managed to take her bath and took her dinner together with nelson. After nelson was watching an interesting American holly wood movie. Despite the fact that he was only watching different kinds of movie all through the day. Before the movie ended nelson had dosed off but later in the midnight he got up and went to the rest room and later went to his room and slept. EPISODE SEVEN nelson and his mother stayed for another two weeks in London before they returned to Nigeria. a day before they travel to Nigeria , nelson mother went to one of the travelling agent to confirm their flight arrangement for both of them. After this, she went to buy some important items and materials that is needful for her and the family on getting home , she starts to arrange her clothes into her traveling bags including her shoes, when she is done, she left for nelson room to supervise him on how to arrange his luggages . After this she left for nelson room to her room to sleep because the flight is by 10Am and they need to Wake up on time because the traffic will be much on the way to the airport and they have to drive for an hour before reaching the airport. By 6Am the next day nelson mother has already woken up because she sets an alarm the previous night to 5.45Am . she went straight to nelson room and woke him up and they both prayed together before she left nelson room and they both went to take their bath and got prepared and left to the airport . they took an airport taxi, this will take them directly to the departure terminal of the airport for easy boarding. on getting to the airport airport , they lugged in their bags and obtain their boarding pass and move into the boarding gate. After 30minutes all the passengers waiting boarded the plane and they plane left at heat throw airport. EPISODE EIGHT after six hours the plane that Nelson and his mother landed safely at muritala Muhammad Airport Lagos . Nelson father has already sent the family driver to go and wait for them at the airport at the arriving terminal. After they have taken their luggages, they went into the car and went home in the evening, nelson daddy got back home and gave nelson and his mother a warmth welcome and a hug they were all happy to be united again after a month travel. In the morning, nelson father brought nelson admission letter to a secondary school to him and his mother although nelson didn't like it because he doesn't want to go to a boarding school,he prefers to go to school from home because he likes to see his parents every day but both parents insist that Nelson must go to a boarding school, although nelson has no choice but to agree to his parent decision to take him to a boarding school but he didn't like it . when he got to school, it took Nelson a month to adapt to the new environment and he started making new friends of which he doesn't know their characters and upbringing Nelson made quite a lot of school friends but it was a wrong choice of friends and they influenced and corrupt nelson that he got lost in the crowd and turn out to be a bad children like them. This really affect nelson education that he doesn't concentrate in his education anymore but he went about with his bad friends to smoke and drink beer. The worst of this all is that Nelson had started smoking indian germ . Nelson was later apprened with his friends by the police after they wanted to rape an innocent girl of 15years but luckily for the girl a neighbor came on the spot and rescued her and called the police.The police on getting the information went to nelson school and apprehended all the culprits which is nelson and his three friends . On getting to the police station , they made statements and when the girl was interrogated, she confessed that they did not attempt to rape her but she was afraid when she saw four of them approaching her direction and she quickly raised an alarm for people to vl help her out.The school authority quickly rushed down and bailed the students but they served a punishment for two weeks in the school premises for leaving the school premises by french leave. EPISODE NINE after few days Nelson and his friends started to absent themselves from the class without reason. They hardly attend class any time they come , they will disappear to tin air before the school closes . some of the teachers noticed it and reported to the school principal and he called them and gave them strict warning after they served another punishment from the school authority. After then the school principal called Nelson father and reported him of Nelson short coming and his misbehavior in the school.his father was furious after he heard of Nelson misconducts in the school due to the influence of bad friends and bad company. and told Nelson that he must not be explled from the school and that would bring much shame and disgrace to the entire family because his parents are influential in the community since they occupy an important position in the government offices. nelson later indulge himself in another mess with his friends at school . this happened after a month when his father gave him warming about his poor result at school their committed another mis conduct when they cheated in the school examination and after their started to harass the school teachers that caught they caught them threatening to beat him if it gets to the school principal . the principal later heard of the incident and expel four of them from school. EPISODE TEN on getting home after Nelson was expelled from the school, the parents decision was to send him abroad to live with his uncle in USA to further his education to cover up the shame of the shame of their son been expelled from the company nelson indulge himself in. they started arranging his international passport which expired in the cause of been in the boarding school although nelson has one year to spend at the school before he will write WAEC but unfortunately,he has rusticated when he was writing his promotion examination to the final class.after two weeks Nelson passport and visa was issued and that of his father because he will not be allowed to travel abroad alone without a guardian since he was 17 years old.
