Morning is approaching, the sun has shown its face and is ready to accompany everyone's daily activities.
Under the covers, two pairs of humans who did not love each other at all were still sleeping without a single thread, even Alex forgot that this morning he had to take his boss to a meeting. Even neither Ciara nor Alex's number could be reached.
Simultaneously, the girl and the young man slowly blinked their eyes and then, began to open.
Alex tried to stretch his body which felt better than before, and so did Ciara. The girl opened her eyes little by little and then, tried to sharpen her vision because she felt unfamiliar with the current place she was in. Suddenly Alex's hand hit Ciara's head and managed to make the girl startle and make a sound that made Alex startled.
Ciara immediately held her head and turned around. Alex suddenly turned her head to look at the source of the voice.
"Alex!"
"Ciara!"
Both of them shouted simultaneously, even Alex immediately stood up and did not realize that he was naked. Ciara immediately pulled the blanket and covered her whole body, the girl realized that she was also naked like Alex and then, turned her face away.
"What are you doing here, Ciara?" asked Alex, still in shock.
"I should be the one asking you, Alex. And close that gun quickly! Aren't you embarrassed?" Ciara shot back at Alex.
Alex gasped and immediately looked down. Sure enough, his weapon was about to wake up and he quickly grabbed his panties and put them on, followed by the jeans he wore last night.
"Did you tease me on purpose last night?" asked Alex again with her hands constantly moving to pull the pants so that they could immediately cover half of her body.
Ciara immediately turned around with a displeased face.
"Watch what you say, Alex! I never teased you, I don't even know why I'm here. Or perhaps, you were the one who deliberately looked for an opportunity to get me in the same room with you?" Ciara replied, turning to accuse Alex.
Alex raised the corner of her lips.
"Don't be evasive Ciara! I know who you are. I should have asked you that question. I'm pretty sure you deliberately mixed something in my drink to accompany your lonely night because I know, you haven't felt the caress of your lover for a long time, right?" Alex said with a dismissive look at Ciara.
Ciara immediately stood up with a sharp gaze and breathless, she was angry with Alex's words that seemed to consider her a lowly woman.
"Watch what you say, Alex!" said Ciara while pointing a finger at Alex.
Alex snorted and gave Ciara an even more condescending look.
"Why, aren't you just that kind of woman who would sell herself for money? I didn't misspeak, did I?" Alex said as he folded his arms across his chest with one eyebrow raised.
Ciara felt slapped by Alex's words. She wanted so badly to refute the words of the man standing a little far away from her because of the mattress between them, but in reality, it was true that she was currently willing to become a mistress for money.
"Yes, it is true that I am a woman who is willing to do anything for money, even selling myself to a married man, but not to many men. Remember that Alex!" said Ciara with an increasingly sharp gaze.
"No need to be evasive Ciara! It's impossible for a woman like you to stay at home when your lover doesn't come to visit. You're just like any other cheap woman who has no self-respect and will look for warmth in the many men out there. I can assure you that there are plenty of men enjoying your body," said Alex, who continued to insult Ciara.
Ciara's anger could no longer be contained, the girl quickly grabbed her bag that was lying not far from where she was standing then threw it and hit Alex right in the face. Ciara didn't even care about her cell phone that was inside the bag, which could have had its screen broken because the bag fell to the floor with quite a loud sound after hitting Alex's handsome face.
Alex was startled and managed to get the man to hold his face. "Damn woman!" he swore.
Their eyes met, not like the gaze of two people mesmerized or in love, but a vengeful gaze.
"You, you bastard! You may hate me, but that doesn't mean you can insult me all you want, Alex! You don't know about me, so it's not worth judging my life," Ciara said with teary eyes, trying not to cry in front of Alex.
Ciara felt very low, especially since two men had called her almost a slut.
Alex suddenly felt guilty when he saw the puddle of water in Ciara's beautiful eyes.
Have I gone too far? Alex asked herself. The man tried hard to dismiss it. No, Alex. You're not wrong, she is a lowly woman! the man said again.
"You'd better get out of here now!" shooed Ciara who saw Alex still in his place.
"No need to kick me out because I'm not willing to stay here with you, I don't want to make myself unlucky like you!" said Alex who immediately turned around to get his shirt.
Ciara deliberately waited until Alex left because she would lock the door to the room, she didn't want Alex to come back while she was still in the bathroom.
Alex, who was ready, took out his wallet took out a check and wrote something on the small paper.
Ciara continued to watch what Alex was doing, even the girl's eyes narrowed because she knew what paper Alex was holding.
"I think this is more than enough to pay you and I'll make sure you never get paid this much," Alex said smugly as she threw the check on the bed.
Ciara's eyes followed where the paper stopped and smiled.
"Look at that smile of yours, still denying being a slut. Even though that's what you expected," Alex said with a mocking smile.
Ciara's body, still covered by the thick blanket, stepped over to pick up the check. Alex's mocking face grew, and even the man wanted to laugh out loud right in Ciara's face.
I should have thrown it right in her face! Alex thought.
Ciara's hand grabbed the paper with the huge amount on it tore it up in front of Alex and threw it at the man who worked as a bodyguard.
Alex was stunned by what Ciara had done.
"Better keep your money because you need it more. It turns out that higher education doesn't guarantee that one can respect others! Clean up your dirty brain so you don't keep taking people for granted!" Ciara said with an angry glint etched on her face.
Alex's face turned bright red. His heart intended to insult Ciara, but now he was the one getting insulted by the beautiful girl he knew to be brave.
"Get the hell out of here right now, you son of a b***h!" Ciara scolded in a loud voice.
"You must remember that no one should know what happened tonight, especially not Mr. Anderson. If you do, then I won't hesitate to ruin your life!" said Alex.
Ciara snorted, wanting to spit right in Alex's face like she did to Zell last night.
"Do you think I'd be happy to tell you this? Oh, not! It's even more disgusting for me to be in the same place as you," Ciara replied not to be outdone.
The girl raised her hand and pointed her index finger at the door, asking Alex to leave immediately.
Alex's feet took a step with the annoyance of Ciara's words.
