Julianna I didn’t know what to do with the necklace that Keith Lobello had given me, so I just stuck it on the shelf in the back of my closet.  I knew I would never wear it.  Maybe one day I could sell it, and use the money for something more useful.  Like winter snow tires for my car, or a plane ticket to some warm, tropical place.  I wondered if James liked to travel.  I smiled to myself and pulled out my scrubs for work.  I considered myself carefully as I passed the mirror.  I no longer cared about trying to impress Dr. Lobello, but since I had started dressing... normal, there didn’t seem to be much point in going back to my over-sized scrubs and my ugly glasses.  Once I started my shift, I gathered my supplies and took a quick walk around the emergency department to assess the nigh
