Lara stayed with me throughout the evening and night, as I didn't want to let her go. She called the prison officer in charge of her unit and reported that she was keeping her friend company for the night and they agreed to her. She was his friend, they didn't have any romantic affair with each other, it was just a casual friendship and from him, Lara got to make friends with the other officers who did let her go out. Then since it wasn't stated that she would be held all through in jail, there was no punishment if she was found out. In all, it wasn't compulsory for her to remain captive in prison, it was just obligatory.
