“This time she has gone too far!” Frank growls, pacing the floor of his office when Melissa walks in.
“We don’t know that it’s her! What happened before wasn’t her. Why are you still blaming Circe?”
“I’m sorry, my love. I don’t know.” He pulls his fingers through his hair before pulling his wife into his arms.
“Frank, you know as well as I do that it’s not Circe.”
“I don’t.” He pulled away from her, looking into her eyes to show her his deepest regret for feeling this way.
