Alpha Xander's POV It was so early in the morning, barely dawn when I heard a soft knock on my door. I furrowed my brows in anger looking through the curtains of the windows. The light wasn't penetrating through the curtains, this confirmed the fact that it wasn't dawn yet. I stayed quiet in my room without a response hoping that whoever it was by the door would go away. But after a few minutes, the knock came again. I pushed the quilt away in anger, as I got off my bed. Since I locked the door from inside, the person outside wouldn't get access to the room. So I had to be the one to open it. The sound of opening echoed through the building, pissing me off the most. After unlocking the door, I left it ajar.
