Both Mia and her maid were smiling and staring at each oth2er. The process at which Freya was dragged could lead to severe injuries, as a result of the nature of the ground.
I couldn't bear to see the pain in Freya's eyes. Though she tried as much as possible to hide it away from me. She raised her head smiling at me. But within me, I could sense the pain she had felt. And I sympathized with her as well.
