Watching Maliya, an Omega, threaten me is one thing I have never imagined since I became Luna. Even when we were still friends, she never raised her voice at me and talked more of a threat. I wonder what suddenly gave her the guts that she isn't supposed to have.
But come to think of it, how did she know about my plan with Rex? She has been in the cell from day one, how does she know what is going on in the palace to the extent of finding out that I'm collaborating with Rex?
I stood still, trying to come up with a reason and how she was getting information, but my mind was blank. When I recalled Freya, it was nothing. She can't go back to her when she's convinced that Maliya tried to kill her mate, and even if she wants to, she will have to reconsider her family first.
