I felt a sharp pain in my heart after Xander's parents left. I shouldn't be worried about the awkward reminder they came for, I should focus on seeing Rex back alive. I have never loved Xander from the start, I only gave in to be his Luna for the sake of my father who wanted a promotion and more power in the pack.
He had told me that he cut a deal with Xander's parents when we were still tender that I'd be Xander's Luna, and I can't change it now. Several times, I asked to know the reason behind the deal but he kept saying that I had nothing to do with it.
