My packed luggage and my bunch of friends out in the garden are reminding that its time to leave this place, to say goodbye this city which was my home from almost 12 years.

After Mom's departure and Dad's rejection this was the place which embrace me and encouraged me to keep going on in life, because Life is all about moving forward and not to look back.

A sudden voice made me twirl back and I noticed the charm of my life, my Sid who was struggling to snoop into my room with Karan.

Shaking my head, I moved close to them

"You both could have call me instead of coming here like this... "

Instead of replying him they turned their attention toward my luggage.

"You already packed! "

It was Karan who questioned.

"Tomorrow we all have to say good bye to this place and all those memories which we made here! " I said out

"But we all will stay in touch and our cities aren't that far!" Karan announced

I didn't tell them my plans about my future yet, neither I have plans to say anything to them as I know goodbyes hurts the most and I hate saying goodbyes.

I nodded with a smile.

Soon we all snooped out of my hostel room carefully, we weren't bothered as since we grew up, we had been doing this.

Uday, Lawrence, Alveera and Sakshi were already waiting for us, their bruxism sound was audible.

"What's wrong with you, since morning you are looking off? " Nudging me with her shoulder.

I shook my head.

"We should leave before someone catch us... " I reminded them, looking here and there.

Sid grabbed my palm and one after another, we all started grabbing each other palms.

Stepping into the forest, we started moving towards the main road.

There was a distance of about 1 hour between the main road and this forest but this distance never troubled us and the forest never scared any of us.

"I'll drive Bike! "

Uday yelled.

Sid wanted to go after Uday but I instantly grabbed him palm.

"Get into the damn Jeep"

I let out with authority.

"You are too bossy Jaan, I am not kid anymore! " Sid started making faces but I can't take the risk of losing him as Uday was a rush rider.

"You can come with me...! " Lawrence offered but I instantly glared him.

Moving toward the Jeep, I sat on the driving seat and looked at Sid as Alveera and Sakshi was already sitting on the back seats.

Cursing under his breath, Sid made himself comfortable on passenger seat and our journey started toward our favorite place.

The music was high so was our speeds, we were yelling and singling madly while reminding our memorable past.

Reaching at the Peak of mountain, Uday and Karan set the fire and we started setting the things to make tea and snacks.

A sound of bottles made me frown, turning back, I noticed that Lawrence was holding the hole cartoon of beers.

"Let's try this too night, " Lawrance said

After an hour, we all gathered around the ground and started sipping our beers, the taste was bitter but not unbearable.

"I heard that you are going to join your Dad's company? " Karan said, grabbing my attention.

I nodded and looked toward Uday who was setting the screen on which our pictures were displaying.

We were 14 since then we are coming here and have our special time.

While watching our created memories we didn't realise when time passed.

It was now time to leave from here.

One part of mine was crying while leaving Mussoorie as I have lived my entire childhood to teenhood here.

I not only studied here but made a family here, the family which I always wished to have.

I felt something in my lap, looking down I noticed Sid and Karan's head in my lap.

"Grow up guys...!" I said with a smile.

"We don't want to!" Both yelled at the same time.

Udya moved to his girl so was Lawrence.

"Everything will be changed from tomorrow right?" Alveera let out.

"Nothing would change," Uday said crushing Alveera in his arms.

"Dad applied for harvard," This time it was Sakshi.

"You don't have to worry about it, because I am not going to let you leave me!" Lawrence announced in his possessive tone.

I was quiet and lost too but suddenly a phone buzzing sound grabbed my attention.

**David? Why he is calling me at this time?*

Instead of receiving his call, I chose to put my cell phone on silent.

"I think we should leave now, my Dad's driver is coming to pick me up" I said hitting Karan and Sid but those lazy bears were wriggling like new born.

"Get up morons! " I yelled at them.

"I want this time to freeze here, " Lawrence words grabbed my attention.

"Change is the nature of environment UD, and we have to keep moving on!" I said

"Why you always talk like this babe?" His question made me smile.

I wanted to tell him that my life wasn't like his, but what was the benefit of digging my wounds as I know nothing would change.

After two hours:

The party already started in the campus but my gaze was fixed on my packed luggage.

Students were yelling and chilling, they were writing notes on each other's shirts and promising that their friendship won't change ever.

Sid was also dancing in the crowd with enthusiasm and sweet smiling was dancing on his lips.

Getting up from the chair, I grabbed my bags and started moving outside as it was too hard for me to move on from this place.

Stepping out of the building, I twirled back and started looking at the place which was almost my home for last 12 years.

This place, the local markets, my prank stories, those chilling nights, those thrilling night outs, those secret parties in campus, dam! There is so much.

"Jaan, you crying? " Sid's tensed note pulled me out of my thoughts, I instantly shook my head but he know me better than anyone else.

Moving close to me, he instantly wrapped his strong arms around my shoulders and kissed my head.

"I wish we never grew up! "

I didn't say anything as I always wanted to grew up for my Dad and Raghav's love.

Hugging Sid back, I smiled in his arms.

I maybe leaving everything behind me, but here I got the most precious treasure of life in the form of Sid.
