Kellan opened his bedroom door for his father while fixing his bow tie. “I thought you were getting ready at the Alpha’s.”
“I was but Cal said he had something to do.”
“Well, that’s fine. I need to talk to you about something.”
Kellan looked at his dad through the mirror while trying to get his bowtie just right. Usually his mother helped him with it but today he figured he needed to do it himself. “What’s up, dad?”
