After the press conference ended, Carter escorted Sarah back to Dorian’s office alongside Allie, Dorian, and Mikey. She had never expected herself to be bold enough to stand up on stage and publicly announce her divorce, let alone oust her entire family for being the cause of it. She kept repeating the same mantra in her head. It was their fault. She would never have done what she did had Alexander and her grandmother not tried and forced her to return to Los Angeles with them.
