Chapter 20: The Boy’s Body
June 25, 20—
6:21 P.M.
It was all over the news. The boy’s naked body was discovered behind Cupcakes in the woods. It was mutilated with an abundance of lacerations, bloody and bruised. All ten of the boy’s fingers were found next to his body. His eyes were placed between his legs and beneath his scrotum. The tip of his d**k was cut off and placed over his navel. The story on Channel 11 was brutal and nothing that Jarr or others in Snowden expected. News reporter Can Marco called it, “…haunting and unbelievable. Devastating. Nothing like this has ever happened in Snowden’s recent history.”
