Harley told her that if everything went as planned, everything would be ready with plenty of time for Penelope's birthday party until he realized what he had just said, stopping on the way to his motorcycle.
... He felt so stupid that he didn't realize it when Elizabeth asked him about the place...
"How do you know?" The woman stood before him, waiting for him to start to walk again.
"Once is normal, twice maybe is a coincidence, but three times is already a pattern," She answered him, walking beside him. "You asked me a lot about what Penny would think, or if she would like."
"... Damn... I didn't think I was being so obvious." His words made her laugh as she put a hand on his shoulder.
