After the initial shock of what I just heard, I felt numb, absolutely numb. Mariah is a mess sitting before me, my mother is still unconscious behind me, I can feel Ash's eyes on me from the bed, Natalie is over near the door, and Talon is…WAIT…he knew. Talon knew! I turned my head and walked in front of him, careful not to step on my mother.
“What do you know?” I growled, trying not to lose my temper because now is not the time for that.
