I grabbed Dylan's hand and we began to walk back to the house. I looked over at him and he turned and looked at me. His beautiful blue eyes sparkled with love and I couldn't help but smile. Maybe this time I will finally have my happy ending.
As we approached the house I felt the sparks of magic in the air causing me to stop in my tracks. I hunched over since the energy was too much. "What is wrong?" Dylan said as he squatted in front of me. Concern crossed his face. "Ahhh," I screamed, and just as I screamed a roar came from inside the house. Just then Caleb came running out.
