Constantine felt familiar hands slide from his shoulder blades to his chest, traveling under his arms intimately. His grip loosened on the mug, and he relaxed his upper arms so that the woman who had crept behind him could snuggle close to him, flush against his back. "Where've you been?" she whispered, turning her head so that she could press her cheek into the back of his shoulder. "It's so late. I thought you wouldn't show up." "Then why did you wait?"
