I nodded and felt the spray on my hand. He let me have two sprays on the soil. "They need rich and damp soil," he informed. "You don't," he countered, before pointing to his bag leaning by the wall behind us. "I had mine a while ago and before I heard Lily's laughter. Told you, I don't skip meals." We move to sit on the chair. I tried to imagine how beautiful this bleeding heart would be once it starts growing flowers. It was the first time I heard about it. Except for common beautiful flowers like roses, tulips, lilies, and such. I had little knowledge about bleeding hearts. Or hydrangea for that matter.
