CHAPTER NINE Remi looked around the office of Professor Yitzhak Cohen and didn’t see anything of immediate interest, certainly nothing signifying where the Ark of the Covenant had been hiding for the last few thousand years. She had been in hundreds of academic offices, and they all looked pretty much the same. Generally too small thanks to a lack of funding to whatever department owned them, this was no exception. The bookshelf was overstuffed, the antique wooden desk with a desktop PC took up much of the rest of the space, and the walls were relatively spare.
