Yelena halted the moment she opened the door to Paxton's room. She was stunned by the sight of what she was seeing.
"What have I done to make him be this way?" She thought to herself as she felt a tear threaten to fall off her eyes.
She didn't mean for any of this to happen, she didn't mean to make him go so low just as age found him.
She couldn't keep watching him from afar without saying a word to him. She needed to let him know that she was close to him.
