The doctor soon returned from his trip and healed both Dean and me. I was glad that things were getting back to normal and the only person who knew about the situation was Andrea.
I didn't want the others to know. I didn't want them to have to start panicking over something that wasn't confirmed yet. We figured out the rogues’ hideout and went to attack them but I guess they were already prepared.
I heard footsteps approaching and turned to see Alex who was walking over to me. He had a can of beer in his hands and handed it to me. I wasn't expecting such a gesture from him.
“Thank you,” I collected it from him.
I opened it and drank out of it and for a while the both of us said nothing to one another. It was just silence and there was nothing much to talk about.
