His Wife's Cry

Third Person's Point of View    “You may now kiss the bride.” The priest announced.              Gavin slowly rolled up Ayana’s veil that covers her face as her tears flow down consistently.              Ayana is now Gavin’s wife. She can’t explain how much happiness she was feeling right now. Thinking that the man of her dreams married her, wants her to dance in the rhythm of her heartbeats.              But is Gavin really happy to be married to her?              There must be something broke inside her to feel the sudden pain.              Gavin looked at her with a huge smile and she smiled back at him sweetly. He slightly bends down on her to have their eyes on the same level. One of Gavin’s hand slides from her cheek going to the back of her neck and his fingers slip through her hair as he claimed her kissable lips.               Her heart nearly leaped out inside her rib cage as Gavin’s kiss brings her too much sensation. When Gavin let go of her lips, her eyes were locked against his, giving the feeling of unfamiliar warmth. She hates to accept that she can easily be drawn by the stares of his eyes.               Everyone was applauding and congratulating them. Their parents were also teary-eyed while walking towards them.                “You’re no longer my Princess Ayana. You’re a wedded woman now,” her mom said as crystal tears escaped in her eyes.              “I’m still your princess, Mom. Nothing will change.” Ayana hugged her mom tightly.              “Take care of my daughter, Gavin,” her dad said.               “I will, Dad.” Gavin slightly hugs her then smiled. “I will never hurt her.”              Just hearing those words from her husband makes her heart jump out from her chest. She’s deeply in love with Gavin.               “I’m so happy for you.” Gavin’s mom uttered.               “Thanks, Mom.” Gavin kissed her mom on the cheek.              “Tell me, Ayana, if my son makes you cry, huh? I’m the one who’ll beat him up.” Her mother-in-law boldly uttered at her. Everyone chuckled.                “So, when can you give us a grandchild?”              Ayana’s face reddened when she heard that from her dad.               “Not so fast, Dad. We just got married.” A baritone chuckle escaped from Gavin’s lips and he enveloped his arms around her waist.               “I’m just kidding.” Her dad snickered. “But by this year, I want you to impregnate her right away, understand?”   All the guests were now laughing and her cheeks painted red. Of course, she wants to have children and Gavin will be the father. Every woman dreams of that. She’s just a little bit shy to talk about that thing in front of many people.   “Dad!” She complained but they were still laughing.   “Mark my words, Dad. I’ll impregnate her right away.” She pinched Gavin’s cheeks when he said that. “I will make love with you until you can’t walk anymore.” He whispered.   Gavin held her hand and her heart started to outburst when she felt his soft lips on her skin. He kissed the back of her palm.   Damn! Why she’s so in love with him?   They took pictures with the guests and after that, Gavin and she headed to the hotel. They’ll stay there before their flight abroad for their honeymoon.                           When they already entered the room, Gavin harshly pulled his arm away from that around her. She lost her balance the reason why she tumbledown on the floor. She groaned as pain sipped through her butt up to her lower spine.                           Gavin doesn’t even help her to stand up. Instead, he grabbed a tissue and grimly wiped his lips. Now that they’re alone, he’ll show who’s the real him.    The real Gavin who can’t lay his eyes on her.    The real Gavin who doesn’t even have care for her.   The real Gavin who can never love her.               A sob catches in her throat. Tears were already spilling down her cheeks. A million knives were stabbing her slowly.   “Asshole,” she cleared her throat, giving herself time to get a better hold on the emotions twisting up her inside.   She went inside the bathroom to fix herself. She looked herself in the mirror and a bitter smile furrowed her lips.   Everything was just an act. Gavin’s sweetness on her whenever their parents were around was just his show. He can never love her. He can’t.   For Gavin, she’s just a slut woman who destroyed his life. Gavin’s not really in love with her but she does. She does really love him and she hates herself for loving him despite he’s hurting her.   It was just a fix marriage.    Gavin agreed to marry her because of the sake of his and her family’s company. Now, that they’re married, Gavin will rule the two companies. He’ll own it now. It’s what only matters to Gavin. She’s not really the reason why he agreed to marry her.   Her eyes burning with hot tears and a low sound of sobs escaped from her lips.   From the start, her heart was with him. It had always been with him. And he squeezed it slowly, tightly, unsuspectingly until it received its first c***k. Gavin always hurting her but she’s too martyr to let him do everything he wants to do with her.   She’s Ayana Mae Buenavista, and she didn’t intend to fall in love with Gavin de la Vega.
