Chapter Twenty-Seven “It looks so good.” She said, picking up a cloth napkin and spreading it across her lap. My mouth was dry, I lifted my beer and took a sip as she brought one of the nachos to her mouth. Her smile as she ate made my heart feel warm as I tucked into my meal. “So tell me about your date?” She said once we were mostly done eating. I smiled as I thought about Marcus.
