Chapter Sixteen Louis looked over at me as he sipped his coffee. I sat my silver travel mug of tea into the cup holder as I pulled out my buzzing phone. “You don’t need to worry.” “You think I’m stronger than I am.” He said as he turned the steering wheel. “You’re stronger than you realize.” I said, swiping my screen open. Already emails were coming in. Glancing over at him, I rested my hand on his thigh. “Marcus.” “You’re one of the strongest people I know.” I smiled, pulling my hand away after a quick squeeze. “How about I text you if I send her out later, you can bump into her?” Louis worried his lower lip before he took another drink of his coffee. I watched him as I tucked my phone back into the pocket of my vest. He was mulling my words over, weighing everything carefully.
