Since the warning note from Trisha, Camilla has been living her life in fear, she couldn't trust anyone except Mrs. Mary and Lincoln, everyone else was a suspect to her.
If she wasn't at her workplace, she would be at Lincoln's or locked indoors in her room afraid of the things she knew nothing about.
With Lincoln knowing everything about her and the warnings, he told her to remain indoors and always have Mrs. Mary with her.
Donald didn't give up the chase of wanting her to be his, he still sent flowers to her office and her home with captions like; ‘Be mine, I still love you.' 'I love you forever, please let's go back to how we used to be before now.’ and lots more which got Lincoln pissed, but Camila had to make him know that he is the one for her and nothing else.
