Wake up Kathy, wake up, it's time to get off the plane, the plane just landed, Kathy woke up, she till felt like sleeping , she quickly cleaned up and followed Deigo out, as she stepped out of the plane she breathes in the air around her, as she was feeling the area , she heard a voice, it was like it whisper's something in her ears, the voice so soft and clam, yet majestical,,.,, the voice sounded like a man's voice,,,.,.the voice said to her.

Kathy wonder what just happened to her, her heart felt like it was burning before she could figure what just happened she felt a hand touch her, she immediately returned to reality, she was shocked what just happened to her, it was Deigo asking her if everything was alright, she didn't want to worry him, she just told him she is fine, just tired. he still had some suspension but he believed her anyway.

D she called out to him, she call him D in short of Deigo, Kathy," we should get going, we need to get to a safe place. he nodded in agreement. as he talked to her as they were going in the car waiting for them, Deigo;" finally, your long wait had bare fruit, just a bit longer, we just arrived in china, let's lay low, for a week before we continue our research, if we just went ahead with the plan, those men will find us, if you still want to go tomorrow or even today, I have no problem with that .

Kathy;" no need for all that, your plans are always the best, so if you think we should wait, then we should wait, you always have a good reason for everything I trust you. Deigo blushed after he heard what she said.

D let's go before i faint right here, he heard her calling him.

They arrived at the penthouse he bought, before they arrive, there luggage and things were already arranged in their rooms for them, she was stunned by how beautiful the penthouse was decorated, the maid's there already came to greet them, she told D she wanted to go rest, he to one of the maid's to show her are room, when she entered her room, she was stunned, her was so big, well decorated, the room had a balcony, expensive design's, her things were already set up for her, she knew it was D who did this, she felt lucky to have him.

She quickly Changed her clothes and immediately went back to her work by the time she was done it was night time, she heard a knock on the door, she told the person to come in, it was a maid,, she told her.

Maid"; Miss Kathy, please forgive me for the disburse , sir want you to come down for dinner. after saying that she left. Kathy quickly arranged her things and left for dinner.

When she got to the dining room, she saw that Deigo was already there waiting for her, she gave him a hug from the back, he almost chucked, because she gave him a fright.

Degio:; do you know you almost gave me a heart attack, don't ever do that again.

Kathy laughed at him as she made her way to the chair, once she was sitted, she replied him .

What ??, i did nothing wrong, besides you looked so cute when you get scared, I would have taken a photo of you, look at you blushing form only my word alone.

He wanted to hide form her, she liked to tease him alot even though he was older than her, he loved this side of her, he stared at her lovely green eyes, he felt like he was melting just form her eye alone, he snapped back to reality when she asked why he was staring, he changed the subject immediately.

So we have the map and everything we need to find that person, we don't have alot of time but we still did it, once everything is over , you will finally rest in knowing you fullfiled your family's life work.

Kathy smiled knowing everything is going to fall in place very soon, after dinner she went to her room, exhausted she changed in her night ware, she wore a light black night wear, she let down her hair, she heard the sound of thunder outside, it's going to rain, she said laying down on her bed, she soon fell into a summer.

Nobody's POV,

Kathy woke up, not being her usually self, her green eyes were glowing she just got up form her bed, she started walking to her door, the door opened by itself, she walked right through the door, it was like something was controlling her to come, she just kept walking, she walked out of the penthouse without wearing any shoes, she walked into the rain, her whole body were wet form the rain, but she neverminded , she just kept walking, she followed the voice in her head that called out for her.

Deigo's POV,

I was finally done with my work, I wanted to see Kathy because I went to bed, she must still be sleeping I thought, but what can I do, I want to see her, I went to her room too find out her room door was open, Kate ( Kathy in short, he called her Kate).

I quickly ran into her room to find out if something happened to her, to my surprise the room was empty, no sign of her, maybe she in the bathroom, I knocked on her door but no response, I called at for her...Kate..Kate ...Kate ... are you in there, answer me. No response, were could she be, I looked through her window and I was shocked to my bones at what I saw.

I saw Kate outside in the Rain, she kept walking not minding the rain, cars were passing her one almost hit her but she keep walking, I immediately ran after her, Kate... Kate... Kate... I called out but she didn't responded to me.. when I saw a car about to reach her, I quickly ran to her , I pulled her to myself.. Kate what's wrong with you, Ka..t..e. I saw how her eyes were glowing, what how could this be possible, it took me ten minutes before I could wake her up, we were till standing in the rain.

I felt Kate was being controlled, who could do this, is it those men, no it can't be them, if they had this power they would have taken her away a long time ago, so who, I just pushed those thoughts away, i need to focus on Kate. He yelled her name...

...Kate.. please come back to me...Kate... remember you have a promise to fulfill,...Kate. I hugged her tight, I can't lose her now not ever. suddenly I Kate moaning in pain, I immediately attented to her. Kate her you alright, Kate speak to me, how are you feeling, do you feel pain anywhere. she just started at me with a blank face, she was shocked and she asked me what happened how did she get , why was she in the rain, before I could answer her, she pass out, I carried her back to the house.

Kate POV"'

I saw myself in the rain, wet and cold, I tried to recollect what happened to me, when I saw D hugging me, asking me questions I could not answer, before I could speak I passed out, when I woke up, I felt warm all over my body, I opened my eyes slowly, when I saw that I was in the bathroom, I was in the bathtub, till with her clothes on, I saw D there he was taking care of me, I could still see that he was still in those wet clothes.

This man has always been caring for me more than his own self, I told him numerous times to always care for himself but no always caring for me, but I like it, when he always think about me first, he is my finance anyway.

Memories....

When Kathy and Deigo were younger, Deigo told her father he loved her and he doesn't have a mate, that he would love to marry her, that was before her father died, Kathy didn't have a problem with marring him, so they were engaged, they were to get married when she turned 16 but after what happened to her father, they had to wait for sometime but when she turned 19 , deigo found his mate, that broke her a bit he is the only person she had, they made an agreement that if anyone of them were to find their mate before their marriage they would separate willing, he was her support tower, but she had know choice but to let him go, she knew she nevered loved him, she only liked him , she was happy he was going to find the love of his life, he is going to be happy form now on, his mate was a very beautiful lady, she was gentle and kind.

But something bad happened to her, she died in a car accident on her way back form the states, losing ones mate can cause serious damage to the other mate, she saw how Deigo locked himself in his room for more than 6months, she tried to talk to him but he shut himself form her and the world, she could not bare seeing him like this, what happened to the fun and energetic D she knew, she needed to help me.

After some time of trying to get hold of him, her hard work paid off, she refused to eat or continue her dreams which made D angry so he came out of his hiding when he learned Kathy was sick, through that method D became more active and with time, after caring for him, he regained his strength and self-esteem, after a while they were engaged again.... End of memories.

Kathy POV

I stared at him for some minutes before I called out his name,.. D... what are you doing, you should go change form does wet clothes before you catch a cold, I can handle myself you know. he just stared at me , as if he was thinking about it, what's there to think about i said in my mind. then suddenly he stood up, he started walking up to me slowly.

He started undressing in front of her, he took off his wet clothes living only his underwear, I couldn't help but stare, who won't, looking at all those ads, his beautiful body, I wanted to touch his body so much, while I was so amazed by his beauty, I didn't notice him enter the bathtub with me, before I could recover myself he asked me..

D," do you like what you see..

I felt so embarrassed, I covered my face with my hands to hide my blushing face, I even blushed harder when I heard what D said..

D," if you had kept staring at me like that, I would think you wanted to eat me , I feel so shy saying it. I can't believe he just said that with a straight face..

I... don't... know what you are talking about, I only stared at my finance, do you have a problem with that and besides that you are the one you is trying to seduce me and who give you permission to bath with me, don't you have your own room, now get out.. I smiled at myself feeling proud when I saw a smile on his face, the way his deep blue eyes stared at me like I was some kind of a sweet meal he wanted so badly, something in her head told me to run.

Before I could stand up, he pulled me to himself, making me sit between his legs, our faces were too close to each other, I tried pushing him away but he held my waist tight, he whispered in my ears.

You don't know how sexy you look right now, no man seeing you like this can ever resist you, I want to eat you so badly... now, but what to do I can't, I can't wait for you to be fully mine.,,

He said to me with a deep voice, yet seductively, I could feel his hot breathe against my neck.

D's POV.,,

Seeing kate looking so sexy at the same time at cute made him crazy, I saw her blushed had when she finally realized what she looked like right now, her wet clothes hugged her body, she felt naked because the cloth she wore revieled her body, you could see her whole body shape, you could what she was wearing underneath her grown, she hid her face in my chest to hide her red face.

Now..now.. what should I do with you, you are being so cute right now, I can't even touch you even if I wanted to, I still have to wait for you to be completely mine.

Kate raised her a head , she stared at me with her beautiful eyes, filled with desires, she kissed my forehead, form there down to my nose, my cheeks, then she just paused at my lips, I just stared at her watching her next move, when she whispered under her breathe.

Why can't we just do it now, I never once complained about it, so why you, I Know I never wanted before but we are adults now and besides we are getting married to each other very soon, so what's the delay and am suppose to be the one delaying this, am yours and we always be yours.

She planted a kiss on my lips after saying that...

Hearing her say that with a red face , broke my walls,. I couldn't stand it anymore, I slammed my lips into her.

Nobody's POV,",

D gave her a passionate kiss, Kate enjoyed the kiss so much not wanting to let go, she rapped her hands around his neck, while he used his hands to explore her whole body, he bit her lips, while they were kissing, Kate let out a small moan though her mouth, still trapped by D, he explored her mouth, he pulled at to give some air, while she was fishing for air.

He was busy kissing and bitting her neck, she felt hot all over body, she kept calling out his name. When suddenly stopped, she felt them living the bathtub, she rest her head in his hard and strong chest, she was hoping they would do more but she was shocked when he made her sit on the table their, he used a towel to clean her hair, he gave her a kiss on her forehead.

Kate.., he called her name in a very low tone."

Kate.. you can handle the rest, please change out of this wet clothes or else you will definitely catch a cold, when you are done, I will be waiting for you outside, I should get changed too, we need to discuss what happened to you earlier.

He left quickly after he said that, she felt empty when he left, she wanted to beat him so bad, how could he live her like this after what he had just done, but they really needed to find out what happened to her, she quickly cleaned up, change her clothes and she left the bathroom.

She wore an oversized T-shirt and shorts, she saw that Deigo was already in her room waiting for her like he said, he sat down near her bed, she went to him, she sat on her bed, she checked the time, she was shocked, it's 2.am in the morning, meaning D didn't have any sleep at all, she blamed herself inwards for trying to seduce D unintentionally did, she liked him even though he wasn’t her mate, she already aspected him as her partner, because she wasn’t fated to have a mate, when she was 12 years old, she came across a seer , “”who told her her mate doesn’t exist in this timeline, she can never see him even if she wanted it was only the path she took that could determine if she would ever see her mate”.

And all this time she never once felt her mate or understood what path she should take. she never cared about that, she had D that’s all that matters, even if she felt lonely when she was with him, she felt like her other half was missing;.

Kathy POV,"

D looked at me with his eyes full of questions, he said, someone was controlling you, how is that even possible, is there anything you want to tell me. I was thinking, should I tell him what in the morning or not, I decided to tell him everything.

I told him everything that happened in the morning, that I remember what the voice to me, that I keep hearing someone calling me , that I lose my reasoning whenever I heard that voice and the Same thing happened to me, later that day When I went to bed, all I could recall was hearing that voice after that I saw myself in the rain.

I could feel the angry rising for D within, I knew he would be angry that I hid such important information form him, he was heartbroken.

D's POV."

How could Kate hide such important issue form me, I yelled at her out of anger.

Kate.. how could you hide something as big as this form me, what if something had happened to you, you know that I hate it when you hide things form me, I don't like it, form now on, no keeping secrets, promise me Kate..

I just realized I had been yelling at her since, I cursed myself, f**k how could I do that to her, I saw the scared look on her face, yet she till had a smile on her beautiful face, I know she hates it when someone yell's at her because of what happened to her during her childhood, I quickly apologize to her...

Am so sorry for raising her voice on you please don't give me that face, you know how worried I easily get about you, I can't live without you, you know that, am so sorry, I go scared of what would have happened to you if I wasn't there to stop you, am so...so.... sorry, please forgive me...

Kate POV

I knew he was going to be mad but never expected him to raise his voice, it's still my fault for not speaking him about this issue, I careless his cheeks and made him face me ..

I know how much you love and care for me, am the one who's supposed to be apologizing, I should have told you sooner, I promise you form now on, if I hear that voice again or any other sign of danger, I will let you know right away, I promise.

Then I planted a small yet soft kiss on his lips, he forgive, he stood up, he looked at the time, then said his byes, he wanted to go sleep in his room, no..no.., I don't want to stay in this room alone, I told him to stay with me for the night and he agreed immediately as if he was waiting for me to ask him to stay.

We both cubbie each other to sleep..

Nobody's POV

While they were asleep, a shadow stood majestically in her room, the shadow raised his hand and he used it to careless Kate's face, he said under his breathe,

My mate I will have you soon.. once more, come to me my beloved Mate…

before Kate could open her eye the shadow disappeared living no trace of its existence.
