He was distracted and so was Sarah because she set her eyes on Lilly who was standing behind Annie and staring at her happily, though it was momentarily. Lilly was glad to see Sarah as much as Annie was glad to see her, but Annie's other friends had no clue about who Sarah is.
"Is that so? Very well then, I will go over there instead." The man replied, putting on a bright smile as he got up from the seat he was sitting on to go for the one Annie had her fingers pointing at. Sarah glanced at him again on his way out with the thoughts of her own father in her mind... She could not think of anything else until Annie called to her attention, saying,
"Hey, Sarah, here are my closest friends. Meet Myla, Celine, Lilly, Sofia, Lilly's sister and of course you should know my sister, Vine!" Anni
