It was just past 3 a.m. when I carried my mate back to our room. As per our agreement, she had moved in with me into Alpha's suite on the top floor. She did keep her room as a backup.
At first, I was taken aback that she thought that I would probably cheat on her or even try to reject her again, but after we discussed her room, she told me that it was still her haven and thus the reason why she would like to keep it. I couldn’t refuse. I understood her, as I had been in a similar place.
