Elizabeth’s POV
“Guess who’s awake!” Kona’s voice was overexcited in my mind. She looked like a little child in a candy store, waggling her tail, thrilled.
“I don’t know; you tell me!” I answered, even though I already knew that answer.
“Kevin and Alex!” she squealed.
“Really? Are you sure?” I rolled my eyes at her. Yes, Alex is my mate. Kevin is her mate, but when their relationship is all so perfect, Alex and I aren’t.
“Yes!” she squealed out of excitement.
"Okay, that's good,” I answered, not giving a damn that they were awake.
