After Layla fell asleep in my arms I carried her to our room for a better rest so I laid her down on the bed removed the hospital gown she had on and replaced it with one of my shirts.
Once I covered her up I went into the bathroom to get a warm cloth to wipe her face from all the tears.
I put the cloth back into the bathroom and set next to her on the bed caressing her cheek wondering what happened to her for her to be afraid of me. Seeing her running away from me in tears hurt deeply.
What happened to Layla was that blessed me with smiles and laughter which changed once she found out she was pregnant so there has to be something more to that which would explain why she was so upset.
