It felt really good to see my sister and how happy she is with her mate Rick.
I thought Carmen would have might known something as far as Layla's powers, but she said there wasn't any signs that Layla would have had powers.
Being that my sister was with Layla the most she would have known or seen something....so that points me to the conclusion that Layla did not have powers before until the Peace Celebration which was also her 18th birthday.
With that being said Layla's powers probably awoken on her 18th birthday.
I needed to get back to that magical book to see if it has anything useful on that.
