We started cooking for the party early in the morning as there was a lot of food to get around. We have a couple of main cooks for the pack house, but even with having helpers for special occasions, they're not used to cooking for the entire pack, so we all pitch in for gatherings like this.
There are currently 497 of us in the pack. Moon Rain is larger than some packs, smaller than others. Most pack members live in or around the small town on our territory. A few of them farm the land and raise livestock to help sustain our pack. It's a great system, really.
