The vegetables and fruits that they were selling we’re all fresh, directly harvested from the farm.

Lexus’ looks are also different compared to his vampire form, his eyes are brown while his skin is white and pale, just like before, but the only difference is that once the sun hits him, he’d be looking like a bright shining diamond.

Girls would also mistake him for a foreigner once they see him and as for his body, his clothes fits perfectly that it shows every curve of him and the ending? He would be like Jamie Dornan.

“Oh, young man, you look so handsome. Look at these women in shops and stalls; they are full of romantic excitement because of you.” An elder said as they guarded their store, really amazed with Lexus’ features.

Lexus isn’t a full-blooded Filipino because of his incredibly perfect face.

One of the physical features of a vampire that changes is that it makes them look young forever as if he’s just 18 years of age today.

Songnara then sneered when the elder greeted her, maybe because they want the attention that they get, but Lexus didn’t give a single smile. He’s just way too serious, but whenever Songnara sneers, he would slightly smile, not because he has feelings for her, but because of hee looking funny whenever she does it.

It was never in his mind to love again, even with him being in his human form, perhaps, he’s only finding Songnara as funny.

There’s something special about her, Lexus knows that, but he only sees Amelie as the one he would love, even when he was still human.

They were about to go back to the HaciendaHacienda when it rained hard, instantly, Songnara pulled Lexus, letting her guide and pull him.

As the rain continued to pour, they stopped in front of a cabin with both of their clothes wet.

Songnara didn’t think about how hard she would eventually wash her clothes; afterwards she felt about the man beside him, perhaps his clothes are now hugging him tightly. She also doesn’t want to be swallowed by awkwardness once she looks at Lexus.

They both felt the heat that is coming from their bodies; none of them talked for quite a while, which made the awkwardness stronger.

Lexus was just about to face her when she stood up, making the young man look at her.

She extended her hand, which made Lexus confused.

“Do you want to play in the rain?” Songnara asked Lexus didn’t answer, which made her pull him out of the hut that they were in.

“Since you don’t want to answer, I just decided for you and my decision is for us to play together in the rain. Have you experienced playing in the rain?”

Songnara funnily asked him which Lexus decided not to answer for he didn’t know if he should tell her that he hasn’t experience doing this, ever in his life for his father is just too strict.

He was just always in front of his books and piano, nothing more nothing less.

Bit by bit, Lexus felt amazed to what Songnara’s behaviour is. His lips formed into a small smile, if she’s compared to him, then she’s more genuine while him? False, just plain wrong.

He realizes that there’s no reason for him to give her an attitude, the attitude that he had always given people. Why? Songnara just wants him to experience the things that would only provide him with joy.

Perhaps, it’s the effect of having a heart when he feels it beating fast, just like the way it regarded ten years ago.

Lexus then convinced himself that he only feels this because of him being in his human form.

“Do you know that it’s better to bathe in the rain when it flows from houses? Gray and I used to do that when we were still kids.” Songnara said which made Lexus’ furrow his eyebrows.

Who is this Gray that Songnara is talking about?

“Maybe you’d think that it’s disgusting, but don’t worry because grandmother told me that it’s dirty for dirt and urine of rats are mixed in those, so you can just tell me that it’s disgusting.” Songnara laughed as she told Lexus who was looking at her like he’s unable to speak, but for Lexus’ side, he didn’t want to interrupt her storytelling, so he just listened, like what he always does.

Again, Songnara pulled Lexus, which led them to a stream. She had such a smile that it looked like she’s planning something evil.

“But it’s better if together, bathe in this stream under the rain,” Songnara said, and this time, she smiled with her shiny white teeth.

As of the moment, no one would know how to paint Lexus’ countenance. His heart also started beating to what Songnara said.

He shook his head, in denial to the thought that he’s feeling romantic excitement for what she said.

Once Lexus’ power comes back, he would need to leave this place because there isn’t a reason for him to stay with these mortals.

While Lexus was out of his mind, thinking deeply about things, Songnara pushed him to the stream which Lexus didn’t see coming.

Songnara was laughing with her hands on her stomach for Lexus’ fall was just too epic, to make up to what she did, Songnara walked to the side to pull Lexus up, but instead, her balance was off, and she ended up beside Lexus.

“Now we’re even,” Lexus whispered to Songnara’s ear which made her hairs on the nape of her neck stand up.

“There’s something different in you, Mr Ill-tempered guy, I feel it,” Songnara said to him while looking at him straight in the eyes.

Is it possible for Songnara to find out that Lexus is a vampire?

If she knew, would Lexus choose to kill her?

Lexus and Songnara are now on their way back to the Hacienda to get permission to go home and change clothes. 

They enjoyed soaking in the stream while also picking on huge mangoes.

“Oh no, I’m sure that Grandmother will kill me for this,” Songnara complained as she tried patting her clothes that are filled with mud, then she looked at Lexus who was at ease as they walked.

Lexus’ having his hair wet made him more elegant and for his clothes, that’s hugging his body tightly, it also made him more... hot.

Lexus only looked at her.
